But it is very basic page builder and has many limitations. If you want to change layout and make it beautiful then I will suggest you to install page builder plugins.
In this video, we will see how basic Gutenberg works.
We will install and learn the basic features of Elementor page builder plugin.
Also learn the basic features of Visual composer page builder.
Both the wordpress page builder plugins are free to use. They do have pro version but I think free version is good enough to start with page building.
